Varun Mudra or Mudra of Water

Formed by joining the tip of your little finger with the tip of your tongue, this mudra helps to balance the water content in the body. Vayu Mudra or Mudra of Air

Place your index finger under your thumb and keep the three remaining fingers straight up. We can practice the Vayu Mudra by standing, sitting or at a sleeping position. Always remember not to practice this mudra on an empty stomach. This mudra is usually done for 45 minutes to reduce the risk of disease in 12 to 24 hours, and best to be continued for 2 months.
